Build  •  Elevate  •  Acquire  •  Hold

A private venture group that acquires, builds, and permanently holds specialized information-technology companies serving regulated industries across the South Central United States.

The Thesis

Built to Hold.
Built to Elevate.

Permanent capital for essential technology

Every hospital, law firm, and manufacturer in America now runs on a small information-technology company most people have never heard of. These businesses are essential, profitable, and chronically under-capitalized. Their founders deserve a better exit than a roll-up that strips the name off the door.

Echelon acquires these companies with permanent capital, installs the operating discipline of a much larger enterprise, and holds them indefinitely. No fund life. No forced sale. No integration by spreadsheet.

I

Acquire

Majority positions in managed-service, cybersecurity, and vertical IT firms with durable recurring revenue and a founder who cares what happens next.

II

Elevate

Shared security operations, finance, compliance, and go-to-market infrastructure that a standalone firm could never afford to build.

III

Hold

We are not a fund. There is no exit clock. Companies stay in the group, keep their names, and compound for decades.

The Portfolio

Operating Companies

Specialized information-technology companies serving regulated industries, each operating independently and backed by the shared capital and infrastructure of the group.

—

Holdings Are Not Publicly Disclosed

Echelon's operating companies continue to serve their clients under their own names and leadership. Portfolio details are shared with founders, co-investors, and prospective partners under confidentiality.

The Echelon Standard

Four Tenets

The principles every company in the group is held to, and the reason a founder chooses Echelon over a check of equal size.

I

Security Before Scale

No portfolio company grows faster than its security posture. Every acquisition is brought to the group's security baseline within the first ninety days.

II

Operators, Not Tourists

Our leadership has run technology companies, integrated acquisitions, and carried the P&L. We do not manage from a quarterly deck.

III

The Name Stays on the Door

Founders built a reputation with their clients. We preserve the brand, the team, and the relationships that made the company worth acquiring.

IV

Permanent Capital

No fund cycle and no forced exit. Companies are held indefinitely and measured in decades of compounding, not years to a flip.

What we look for

If you have built a managed-service or cybersecurity firm and are considering what comes next, we would like a conversation. Not a pitch, and not a letter of intent on the first call.

  • Managed IT, cybersecurity, or vertical technology services
  • Clients in healthcare, legal, manufacturing, or the public sector
  • Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, or Oklahoma
  • A team worth keeping and a name worth preserving
  • Founders seeking continuity, liquidity, or both
I

Conversation

A private discussion about your company, your people, and what you want the next chapter to look like. Nothing is shared beyond the partners.

II

Diligence

A respectful, operator-led review of financials, contracts, and security posture. We move quickly and we do not renegotiate at the finish line.

III

Transition

A transition designed around your clients and your team, with you involved for as long as you want to be.
